счет-фактура (платежный документ). Оформляется, как правило, посредством заполнения стандартной формы и выдается продавцом покупателю для расчетов по отдельным операциям.Содержит обычно следующие данные: имя и адрес покупателя; наименование товара и его цену; пункт, в который товар был доставлен или отгружен; дату совершения операции (сделки); условия продажи. Некоторые счета-фактуры, особенно оформляемые при международных сделках, содержат гораздо более подробную информацию, в том числе указание валюты, в которой должны производиться расчеты, условия отгрузки, описание маркировки на товаре или его упаковке (таре) и другие данные в соответствии с требованиями правительственных и (или) таможенных органов. В международной торговле различается несколько разновидностей счетов-фактур. Коммерческая фактура (commercial invoice оформляется продавцом по его стандартной форме и выдается покупателю. Предварительный, или временный, счет (preliminary or provisional invoice) выдается в случае, когда окончательные детали сделки к моменту отгрузки неизвестны либо если ее условия предусматривают возможный отказ покупателя от товара. Окончательный счет (final invoice)оформляется для уточнения размеров расчета по сделке и выдается в случаях, когда ранее оформлялись предварительные счета. Счет-меморандум (memorandum invoice) - платежный документ в краткой форме (допускается оформление и в письменном виде), не рассматриваемый продавцом в качестве официального. Используется в указанном качестве покупателем. Таможенная фактура (customs invoice) -специальный счет, прилагаемый к коммерческой фактуре и вручаемый таможенным властям страны-импортера. Заполняется по установленной стандартной форме. Содержит некоторые данные в дополнение к коммерческой фактуре. Консульская фактура (consular invoice)-особая форма таможенной фактуры. Оформляется в случае, когда требуется специальное подтверждение (легализация) страны-импортера на предмет соответствия импортному лицензированию, для упрощения таможенных процедур либо в целях сбора средств на содержание местных консульств. Невыполнение требования о выдаче импортером легализованных консульских фактур в странах, где это принято, может повлечь за собой осложнения при таможенной очистке товаров либо крупный штраф на импортера.
